Weekend Fun!!

Finally!! I had a much needed fun weekend with my friends and family. Although a lot is going on in my life at the moment, it was nice to kick back with the girls on Friday night. We had a nice dinner at Mi Cocina's in the West Village, did a little shopping, took a ride on the trolley and finished the night off with a glass of sparkling wine at Cork. I enjoyed sitting back and just chatting all night with good company. Love you girls!!!

Saturday was just as good if you minus the part where Brent accidentally shattered my parents sliding glass back door. That door has been giving my parents trouble for the past few years and on Saturday my dad asked for Brent's help in replacing the wheels on the sliding door. After working on it a while, Brent accidentally applied too much pressure and the glass began to shatter. Poor guy felt sooo bad but in the end my parents were glad because this made them finally have to replace the door. We all got a little hungry so we went to Dodies in Rockwall for some grub and then picked up Jerod to grab a sugar-free snowcone at Bahama Bucks. I love getting snowcones because it reminds me of my childhood!!
