Preston's 6 Month Doctors Appointment

I took Preston for his 6 month doctors appointment on Tuesday, Just 31st and again I was not looking forward to the appointment because Preston would be getting a ton of shots and I hate to watch him go through that process. A few issues did come up during this appointment that aren't too concerning at the moment but his doctor is going to keep her eye on them.
The first being that Preston didn't gain any weight from the last week in June when we brought him in because he was sick till now which was the last week in July. He actually lost an ounce. He weighted 14.5 lbs on June 25th and weighted 14.4 at this appointment July 31st. In addition, his head had hardly grown as well. The doctor said that its not unusual to see a dip in their growth chart around 6 months old but she wanted me to bring him back in mid Sept to re-measure and re-weight him.
The second thing that came up was she noticed his one eye was a little crossed. She said it wasn't severe but it was enough for her to be concerned and to keep her eye on it. After the appointment, I asked my mom if she had noticed that and she said she did. She didn't want to say anything to me because she didn't want to scare me but was glad the doctor noticed.
Preston got 4 shots and 1 oral vaccine and because his regular nurse was on her honeymoon they had a girl who normally doesn't administer shots give Preston his shots. She was so slow in giving him his shots that it actually kind of made me mad because he had to suffer longer. It took him a little while to recover but he finally did and that concluded his 6 month appointment.
