Until this year, Preston had not dyed Easter eggs before and I was excited to introduce him to the long-time tradition. We stripped him of his clothes, laid an old sheet out in the garage, turned on some music and got to work. It took a little explaining for Preston to understand what we were doing but after a little while he got the hang of it. After he had an egg in each bowl, he was done and moved onto to throwing dirt at the fence. Nevertheless, we had fun while it lasted and I had fun reliving old memories of my own as a kid but also the fun times we had with Jerod when he was a kid.
